About Course

This course on Company Law is designed for B.Com and B.Com (Honours) students to develop a strong conceptual and practical understanding of the Indian Companies Act, 2013. The course explains how companies are formed, managed, financed, governed, and wound up under Indian law. Special focus is given to corporate structure, share capital, directors, meetings, and legal compliance.
