At Commerce With Kailash Ji Sir, we aim to provide quality educational content and services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any course, test series, or subscription.


1. Digital Product Nature

All courses, test series, study materials, and other content provided through our website are digital products. Once access is granted or materials are downloaded, it is considered delivered and non-returnable.


2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If the course/test has already been accessed or downloaded

  • If the user faces issues due to lack of basic digital knowledge or device incompatibility

  • Change of mind or personal reasons after purchase

Refunds may be granted only in the following exceptional cases:

  • If you have made a duplicate payment accidentally

  • If the course was not delivered/access was not granted within 48 hours of confirmed payment

  • If the content purchased is not as described or not functioning at all, and we are unable to resolve it within 3 working days

3. Cancellation Policy

As all our products are digitally delivered:

  • Course cancellations are not allowed once purchased.

  • If you subscribed to any monthly or yearly plans, cancellation of upcoming billing may be possible if informed at least 7 days before the renewal date.


4. Payment Disputes

If you face issues related to online payment failures or deductions without access, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the payment gateway and resolve the matter within 7 working days.
